Makes a Big Hit With Charles Keating
Associated Press 'A comedian who said he lost money in the collapse of Lincoln Savings & Loan hits Charles H. Keating Jr. with a powdered wig Tuesday, September 3rd, 1991 during a break in testimony about junk-bond losses at Lincoln.' "This is for America!" screamed comedian Skip E. Lowe, pulling a powdered blonde wig, owned by Rip Taylor, from a tote bag and swinging it at Keating's head. "The jerk! He robbed people." said Lowe. In an interview, he said he lost a large amount of money he made entertaining troops in Vietnam.
